“ZHYTLOBUDPROEKT” Company was established in 1992 and is engaged in the development of design documentation for reconstruction of the existing and building new facilities of commercial, industrial and residential purposes

The company portfolio includes dozens of various complexity facilities which designs have been developed so as to make these facilities optimum, technologically efficient and ultimately effective.

“ZHYTLOBUDPROEKT” does not restrict itself by several activity lines but permanently extends the sphere of its interest providing both complex and individual services when accomplishing construction projects at any stage.

Three buildings were constructed by “ZHYTLOBUDPROEKT” for those who suffered from the “Elita Centre” fraud – in Darnitsa, Desna and Golosiiv districts.

“ZHYTLOBUDPROEKT” has developed the project of the international private training institution of an innovative nature – The Globe International School. “Zhelan” factory owned by Mikhail Voronin has also been reconstructed according to our project.
